This cake was done for someone who likes and also works with horses.

This was a project which I did a college earlier on this year. It is a gazebo made out of netting, with royal icing piped onto it. It was all seperate pieces then assembled together to make the gazebo. Then just decorated with flowers which I also learnt how to make too.

Fresh flowers wedding cake.

This wedding cake consist of 2 fruit cakes, which was covered in marzipan and then royal icing. The small one is a chocalate cake covered in chocalate flavoured icing. They were both decoarated with fresh flowers.
